(спрос на деньги) Признание существования стабильного спроса на деньги легло в основу теории монетаризма (Monetarism). Если исходить из этого предположения, можно показать, что фискальная/бюджетная политика (fiscalpolicy) является нейтральной, т.е., когда государственные расходы подталкивают процентные ставки к росту, объем инвестиций в частном секторе соответственно падает. Более того, изменения в предложении денег являются необходимым и достаточным условием изменений номинальной стоимости валового внутреннего продукта (gross domestic product) или изменений темпов инфляции. Влияние изменения дохода потребителя на величину спроса: Если определенное изменение дохода приводит к относительно большему изменению величины спроса, то спрос является эластичным; если данное изменение дохода вызывает относительно меньшее изменение величины спроса - спрос неэластичен. Коэффициент эластичности является положительной величиной для нормальных продуктов (см. Normal product) и отрицательной - для продуктов низкого качества (см. Inferior product). Так, например, дешевые продукты питания и одежда имеют коэффициент эластичности ниже единицы, а предметы роскоши - выше единицы. Потребители, как правило, покупают меньше дешевых товаров по мере увеличения своих доходов. См. Часть совокупного спроса в экономике, относящаяся к потребительским товарам, в отличие от инвестиционного спроса, относящегося к инвестиционным товарам, а также спроса на вооружения (военные товары). Размеры П.с. определяются объемом и структурой доходов населения (домашних хозяйств) и его предпочтениями. Часть П.с. формируется также правительством страны — в том, что касается решения различных социальных вопросов, содержания армии и т.п. В конечном счете, в экономико-математических моделях П.с. определяется функцией общественной полезности, подходящей по этическим и математическим соображениям. Впрочем, как иронически однажды отметил В.В.Леонтьев, «Кто, однако, может решить, какую функцию полезности следует в конечном счете выбрать? Конечно же, не экономисты!»[1] См. Платежеспособный спрос. Спрос на весь объем произведенных в стране товаров и услуг при данном уровне цен или общая сумма расходов на произведенные товары и услуги в номинальном выражении. Совокупные расходы включают потребительские расходы С, инвестиции I, государственные расходы G и чистый экспорт (экспорт минус импорт) Е, т.е. совокупный спрос = С I G E. Некоторые составляющие совокупного спроса относительно стабильны (например потребительские расходы), другие подвержены резким колебаниям (например инвестиции). Регулирование совокупного спроса является частью государственной налоговой и денежно-кредитной политики, направленной на сохранение полной занятости, сдерживание инфляции, стимулирование экономического роста и обеспечение равновесия платежного баланса.
